Preparation is the key to a stir-fry. Have all your veggies prepped and ready to add to the wok, as cooking happens quickly once you get started.
Add oil to a hot wok or skillet. Add vegetables in order of cook time: carrot, bell pepper, cauliflower, broccoli, water chestnuts, snow peas, and mushrooms. Cook each vegetable 1 minute before adding the next vegetable, stirring constantly.
Season vegetables with 4 to 6 sprays of liquid aminos. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper. Serve over brown rice.
