Herbes de Provence, a dried herb blend of thyme, oregano, rosemary, basil and more, adds flavor to simple baked fish.
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Massage oil onto the fish and arrange each piece in the baking dish. Season fish evenly with herbes de provence and salt. Cover the dish with foil.
Bake on the middle rack of the oven until fish is flaky and cooked through, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
