Oko Farms is New York City’s largest and only publicly accessible aquaponics farm. Their mission is to promote aquaponics as an ecological farming method that mitigates the impact of climate change and increases food security for urban communities. Programming includes food production, educational aquaponics farm tours, a farm stand, culinary and nutrition workshops, aquaponics farming workshops, and food donations.
