Operating under the Horizon Health and Wellness umbrella, Earth Heart Park & Community Garden empowers people to learn to grow organic food by building friendships and making a dream garden a reality. The garden is dedicated to promoting sustainable agriculture and community engagement and is open to all community members to volunteer and learn plant propagation, vegetable planting, harvesting, seed saving, and more.
